Parking

Street parking is available in front of the shop on Main St, and around the corner on Schenck. There is also a municipal lot a few blocks down Main St.

Bread handling and storage

All of our products are best fresh, but here are a few ways to refresh your items.

1.) Freeze it! Freeze full loaves wrapped in plastic or foil. To thaw and serve pre-heat your oven to 400 and place loaf in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

2.) Next day. Toast it! Our sourdough and multigrain keeps beautifully if you keep the cut side down on a cutting board - just slice and toast. Baguettes are less forgiving, but can easily be refreshed in a hot oven. If you have a full loaf, simply run it under the faucet for a second, then wrap the loaf in foil for five minutes, then remove the loaf from foil and return to the oven for another 10 minutes. I tend to be lazy, so I just stick the loaf in the oven for 10 minutes, and it’s perfectly amazing. The above directions are the more professional way to do it.

Do we do custom orders?

The simple answer is occasionally. We do all that we can to please our customers. Everything is made from scratch on site, but we do prep in advance. We will try to accommodate your request, but please forgive us if we are not able to fulfill your specific needs.

Special Orders

Cookies and bread orders are usually not a problem but advance notice is always best. Cake orders should be placed a week in advance. Please forgive us if we are already fully booked. When placing orders, please be very clear about all allergies.
